| Objective:This study takes a third-class traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,takes the factor quality,link quality and final quality of Donabedian three-dimensional quality model theory as the theoretical guidance,and constructs a set of standardized and scientific,regional universality,sensitive and operable TCM nursing quality evaluation index.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for some nursing managers in Northeast China and even in the whole country in the implementation of nursing quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This study adopts the method of literature research to fully understand and analyze the previous literature on nursing quality evaluation,traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality evaluation and the establishment of indicators at home and abroad.After discussion by the subject research group,it is based on Donabedian’s factor quality-link quality-terminal quality theory.With reference to the<Operation Manual of performance Evaluation of National third-tier Public Hospitals(2022 Edition)><Evaluation Standards for third-level traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals(2017 Edition)><Guidelines for traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals(for trial implementation)>Combined with the clinical nursing quality control standard and clinical practice experience of traditional Chinese medicine implemented by a third-class traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Heilongjiang province,the items of evaluation index of traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality were preliminary drawn up.Using Delphi expert letter inquiry method,two rounds of questionnaires were conducted among 20 experts in related fields from 5 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the province,and the positive coefficient of experts,expert authority coefficient,coefficient of variation and Kendall harmony number were calculated to verify the reliability of the results.Finally,the evaluation index of nursing quality of traditional Chinese medicine was constructed.Results:In this study,two rounds of expert letters were conducted,the positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of letters were 90% and 100% respectively,and the authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.88 and 0.91 respectively.After two rounds of inquiry,the coefficient of variation of the first-level index is between 0.07-0.10,the coefficient of variation of the second-level index is between 0.09-0.19,the coefficient of variation of the third-level index is between 0.07-0.24,and the values are all less than 0.25.After two rounds of expert letters,the average importance score of all levels of indicators is more than 3.5,and the full score rate of all levels of indicators is more than 20%.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the two rounds of expert letters were 0.126 and 0.133 respectively,which were statistically significant by significance test.Finally,the preliminary establishment of TCM nursing quality evaluation indicators,including 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators.Conclusion:This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to build a set of scientific,rational and regional universal TCM nursing quality evaluation index,which provides a preliminary theoretical basis for further research on TCM nursing quality in Northeast China and other regions. |
