Expression And Significance Of CK7、CK20、CDX2 And SATB2 In Ovarian Cancer | | Posted on:2021-06-23 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Lei | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306023459534 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectivesTo analyze the expression differences and significance of immune markers of CK7,CK20,CDX2 and SATB 2 in the pathological tissues of primary ovarian tumor and metastatic ovarian tumor,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.MethodsPrimary ovarian neoplasms(including mucinous cystadenoma,mucinous borderline tumor,mucinous adenocarcinoma,endometrioid borderline tumor and endometrioid adenocarcinoma)and metastatic ovarian neoplasms(including metastatic ovarian neoplasms of colorectal adenocarcinoma,pancreas,stomach and gallbladder)were collected in the department of pathology of our hospital.Immunohistochemical detection of the above tumor tissues was performed with CK7,CK20,CDX2 and SATB2 antibodies.Two experienced doctors finally analyzed the expression intensity and expression range of the above markers in various tumor tissues.Statistical analysis revealed the differences and significance of expression of CK7,CK20,CDX2and SATB 2 between primary and metastatic tumors.ResultsIn primary ovarian tumors,SATB2 dyeing results:1.22 cases of mature teratoma component mucous sex pouch adenoma SATB2 dyeing negative,12 cases of mucous sex pouch with mature teratoma 4cases were adenoma have SATB2 staining positive,60 cases of mucous border tumor 1 case of staining was positive,17 cases of mucous adenocarcinoma SATB2 dyeing all negative examples,3 intrauterine membrane samples border tumors and 72 example adenocarcinoma SATB2 intrauterine membrane sample dyeing negative.2.Among the 32 metastatic ovarian tumors,24 were positive for SATB2staining in colorectal adenocarcinoma and 8 were positive for SATB2 staining in10(80%)low-grade malignant appendiceal mucinous tumors.4(100%)were all positive for SATB2 staining of highly malignant appendiceal adenocarcinoma.3.SATB2 staining was not found in metastatic ovarian tumors of pancreas,stomach,gallbladder or cervix origin.The staining results of primary extra-ovarian tumors showed that the positive rate of SATB2 staining in primary colorectal adenocarcinoma was 71%,while the positive expression rate in primary low-grade malignant mucinous tumor of appendix and high malignant adenocarcinoma of appendix was 100%.No SATB2 staining was found for primary pancreatic or gastric adenocarcinoma similar to metastatic tumors.4.SATB2 expression was not found to be positive in tumor expressing CK7,CK20 and CDX2,but in tumor expressing CK7+,CK20-and CDX2-.In the tumors of CK7~+,CK20~+and CDX2+,6/7 tumors with positive SATB2 expression were colorectal or appendiceal-derived tumors,and 1/7 were poi ovarian borderline tumors.Conclusions1.With mucinous or endometrioid characteristics,ovarian tumors expressing SATB2 should directly consider the primary rectum or appendix,except those containing mature teratoma components.2.SATB2 may have special diagnostic value in ovarian mucinous tumors that simultaneously express CK7+,CK20+and CDX2+. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | ovarian mucinous tumor, ovarian metastasis, immunohistochemistry, SATB2, CK7, CK20, CDX2 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
