Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with antiviral therapy on patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to focus on the regulation of serum malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF).Methods A total of 102 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)were selected from July 2015 to October2018 in Liaoyang central Hospital The patients were diveded into two groups:TACE combined with Antiviral Treatment Group(TACE group)and Control Group(TACE treatment group). The differences in short-term efficacy,1-year survival rate and quality of life after 3 months were compared and analyzed.Venous blood samples were collected to detect TSGF levels before and 3 months after treatment.Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the efficacy of the experimental group and the expression of TSGF and AFP in serum.Results1.The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy between the observation group and the control group after 3 months the ORR and DCR of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Comparison of 1-year survival rate between the observation group and the control group the 1-year survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Comparison of serum TSGF changes between the experimental group and the control group before treatment,3 months after treatment and 1 year after treatment After 3 months of treatment, serum TSGF decreased in both groups, but the decrease was more obvious in the experimental group. After 1 year of treatment,TSGF decreased in the experimental group compared with before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Spearman correlation analysis of serum TSGF and AFP expression in the experimental group The results of spearman correlation analysis showed that serum TSGF and AFP were negatively correlated with the efficacy of the experimental group and the control group at 3 months and 1 year after treatment. Conclusions The effect of TACE combined with antiviral therapy in patients with primary liver cancer is ideal, the quality of life of patients is higher, decrease expression of TSGF in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma,it can be used in clinic actibely.
