| Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)among the constitution of the four images of Chaoyi,and to explore the internal relationship between the viscera,organs and BAEP of Chaoyi,which provides the basis for the diagnosis and clinical treatment of Chaoyi.Methods:105 college students from Yanbian University were selected as subjects.There were 31 male and 74 female students.The age of the students ranged from 18 to 27 years old,with an average age of 21.0 ± 2.4 years.The subjects reported that they had no neurological diseases and related medical history and no head injury.Before the experiment,all subjects truthfully filled in the image discrimination questionnaire,and collected the whole body images of the subjects,including front,back,side and facial close-up.Several experts participated in the image recognition.Each expert observed the body shape and head and face features of the subjects in the image recognition table filled in by the subjects and the photos collected.The test method is to use the electromyography/evoked potential instrument of sea shark.The room temperature of the laboratory is kept at about 26℃,and the humidity is moderate.According to the international electroencephalogram 10-20 system,the recording electrodes were placed at Cz point on the top of the head,the reference electrodes were placed at A1 and A2 of the binaural lobes,and the ground wire was placed at FPz point on the forehead.First,wipe the place where the electrode was placed by the subject with a proper amount of nuprep abrasive paste from the cotton stick,and smear the conductive paste in the disk electrode.The measurement record can be made only when the impedance of the test electrode is less than 5 kilojoules.The sound intensity was set as+60dB higher than the subject’s subjective threshold.The average number of overlaps was 2000 times.The frequency of stimulation was 30Hz.According to the results of image discrimination,the BAEP characteristics between and within the four image group were compared and analyzed.Result:The results showed that the interval of BAEP I-I P wave in the left side of the female group was longer than that in the Taiyin group and the Shaoyin group(P<0.01,P<0.05,respectively);the interval of Ⅴ-Ⅴ P wave in the Taiyin group was longer than that in the Shaoyang group(P<0.05).Among the male four images group,the latent period of left II wave was shorter in the Taiyin group than in the Shaoyang group(P<0.05).The latency of I,I P waves in male was longer than that in female(P<0.05).On the right side,the latency of wave III,V and the interval of wave Ⅰ-Ⅲ were longer in men than in women(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05,respectively).On the left side of Shaoyang people,the latency of I,II,III,V,V P waves and the interval of V-V P waves were longer in men than in women(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively);the interval of I-I P waves was shorter in men than in women(P<0.01).On the right side,the latency of wave I and wave III of Shaoyang men was longer than that of women(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the interval of wave Ⅰ-Ⅰ P of Shaoyang men was shorter than that of women(P<0.01).In the four image group,the latency of I P wave was shorter on the right side than on the left side(P<0.05),and the interval of Ⅴ-Ⅴ P wave was shorter on the right side than on the left side(P<0.05).The right side of the second wave latency was longer than the left side(P<0.05),and the right side of the Ⅰ-Ⅰ P wave interval was shorter than the left side(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is true that there are individual differences in the constituti on of the Sasang constitution.The latency of BAEP II wave and the interval of Ⅰ-Ⅰ P and Ⅴ-Ⅴ p between the four groups were different.There we re differences in latency and wave interval between the left and right sides of the four images group.There are differences in latency and wave interval betw een men and women in Taiyin and Shaoyang... |
