The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Chinese Medicine Combined With Acupoint Injection

ObjectiveThe purpose of this clinical research is to observe the clinical effect by using Sijun Sini decoction,which is my tutor’s clinical empirical prescription,combined with acupoint injection to treat the patients who were suffering from chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with liver depression and spleen deficiency type,to evaluate comprehensively the efficacy of both empirical prescription Sijun Sini decoction and acupoint injection therapy,so as to provides the therapeutic idea and basis for the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.MethodsThis study selected 70 outpatients with CAG of liver depression and spleen deficiency type from January 2019 to August 2019 at Guangzhou Hospital of TCM.Patients were divided into two group randomly.In experimental group,patients were treated with Si jun Sini decoction and acupoint injection,while in control group patients were treated with Stomach Rejuvenation.Each group was treated for 6 months.The changes of each symptom score,gastric mucosa and pathology before and after treatment in each group were recorded,and the data were integrated and processed,finally the statistical analysis was conducted to draw a conclusion.Results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender composition,course of disease,symptom,gastric mucosa and pathology,which was comparable(P>0.05).2.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy:after treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88.60%and 48.60%respectively.The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of total score of symptoms:after treatment,the total score of symptoms in the two groups all decreased significantly,with significant difference(P<0.01),and the decrease degree of total score of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of main symptom scores of TCM:the scores of main symptoms of upper abdominal pain,upper abdominal distension and fatigue in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant difference from those before treatment(P<0.05).Besides,the scores of main symptom of distending pain in hypochondrium in experimental groups after treatment was significant difference from that before treatment(P<0.05),while the control group was not.5.Comparisons of secondary symptom scores of TCM:after treatment,the scores of symptoms such as belching,anxiety and irritability and thin sloppy stool in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the scores of symptom of experimental group in chest distress and inappetence after treatment was significant difference from that before treatment(P<0.05).What is more,the experimental group was superior to the control group in symptom improvement of anxiety and irritability(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference in the intestinal metaplasia and gastric mucosa score between the two groups before and after treatment.ConclusionThrough this study,it can conclud that com pared.with individually using Stomach Rejuvenation to to treat CAG of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,Si jun Sini decoction combined with acupoint injection has a significant improvement in overall clinical efficacy;especially in the improvement of upper abdominal distension,distending pain in hypochondrium,anxiety and irritability,inappetence.Actually,Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection is a good therapy in clinic;It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
