Clinical Observation On Anwei Xiaowei Decoction In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency

Purpose To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,gastroscopy mucosal repair,and pathological division of self-made Fang Anwei Xiaowei Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of spleen and stomach weakness,analyze and summarize the observation results,and define Anwei Xiaowei Decoction.The therapeutic effect provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of CAG by traditional Chinese medicine.Method Selected from February 2019 to February 2020 in the outpatient department,inpatient department and gastroscopy room of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by gastroscopy and pathological examination,the diagnosis was CAG,and the syndrome type was confirmed by dialectical diagnosis of TCM A total of 60 patients.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given Oran Xiaowei Decoction orally and the control group was given Weifuchun orally.Both groups were treated for 1 week for a total of 12 weeks,and the main points were compared at the 4th and 8th weeks of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom score and gastroscopy score of the two groups were observed and compared.After the treatment was completed,patients who were effective in the two groups were followed up for 3 months to observe the changes in clinical symptoms and analyze the statistical results.During the treatment period,neither group of patients can take other drugs related to the treatment of the disease or affecting the efficacy.Result In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 96.67%and that of the control group was 80%.Statistics show that both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients to a certain extent,and the treatment group has a more significant effect than the control group(P<0.05).).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of gastric bloating and pain,stagnation,and postprandial depression(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of cold stomach and warmth,shortness of breath,fatigue,tiredness,and stool drainage(P>0.05).In terms of atrophy,intestinal inflammation,inflammation,and active repair,both groups improved atrophy and inflammation,while the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of improving bowelization and mobility,there was no significant difference between the two effects.Three months after the end of the medication,the follow-up symptoms of the two groups were compared.No significant recurrence was found in the treatment group(P>0.05),and there was a trend of recurrence in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anwei Xiaowei Decoction can be used to treat CAG.The prescription is more effective in improving the symptoms of patients than the control group.The prescription also has a good effect on repairing gastric mucosa.Control of the condition.
