| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in patients with primary liver cancer,and comparing the changes of therapeutic and safety indexes in the experimental group and the control group,we can objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in patients with primary liver cancer,so as to further improve the quality of life of cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in patients with primary liver cancer,and at the same time,it can be used as the clinical treatment source The cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in patients with liver cancer can provide more sufficient theoretical basis.Methods:68 patients with primary liver cancer and cancer pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,34 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given the initial plan of the control group plus Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,one dose a day,one hour after lunch and two times before bedtime.Patients in the control group were given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(produced by Mengdi(China)Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,approval No.:gyzz J20140125,specification:10mg/capsule)oral,one capsule at a time,during which the drug dosage is increased according to the change of patients’ pain degree,twice a day,four weeks as a course,after one course,KPS score,NRS score,total score of TCM symptoms and other aspects of the two groups are compared,adverse reactions are recorded,and after the course of treatment,the combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and hydrochloric acid is used respectively by appropriate statistical methods The therapeutic effects of oxycodone sustained-release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were evaluated.Results:1.KPS score:after treatment,KPS score of the experimental group and the control group was higher than before,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.NRS score:after treatment,NRS scores of the experimental group and the control group were higher than before,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement of NRs scores of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.TCM symptom score comparison:after treatment,both the experimental group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of primary liver cancer patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis cancer pain.There were significant differences in the single symptom score and the total symptom score of the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group.4.Safety evaluation:during the observation period,the blood routine test,liver and kidney function of 68 patients in the group had no significant change,no new symptoms and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively reduce the cancer pain degree of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in patients with primary liver cancer,and improve the corresponding TCM symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.There is no special adverse reaction in clinical application,which is conducive to improving the quality of life and prognosis of such patients. |
