Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Vitreous Hemorrhage With Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the improvement degree of vision and blood accumulation in vitreous cavity before and after the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Methods:This project is to collect the patients diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis type vitreous hemorrhage in Ophthalmology from January 2019 to January 2020 in Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,while the control group was treated with hexuemingmu tablet.Two courses of treatment,a total of one month.All data before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed by SPSS.Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the statistics of data before treatment,such as age,gender,physical signs and the distribution of vision before the disease(P > 0.05).Therefore,it is confirmed that there is no difference between the two groups before treatment,and the step-by-step study is feasible.2.The results showed that there were differences between the two groups.3.In the treatment group,20 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,2 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 94.12%;in the control group,8 cases were cured,16 cases were improved,10 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 70.59%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).By comparing the total effective rate between the two groups,we can see that the treatment group has more advantages when comparing the treatment of the disease.Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for the treatment of this disease is more effective than the single use and xuemingmu tablets,and its curative effect is more superior,which has the promotion and application value in clinical.
