The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicated Thread Moxibustion Treatment Of Acne Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

ObjectiveIn recent years,due to the constant change of the way of life,make people in daily life,diet,modern life has changed greatly,to change the type of acne is higher and higher,this topic by using medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture compared with acupuncture therapy,to observe different groups of patients before and after treatment of GAGS scores,the quality of life,TCM syndrome scores,discusses the two methods to change the type of acne clinical curative effect,for the study to expand the thinking of clinical treatment of the disease.MethodIn this study,a total of 60 patients meeting the diagnosis of acne with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were included,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients each.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with medicated thread moxibustion treatment significant skin lesions and specific acupoints;The control group had significant skin lesions and specific acupoints by simple acupuncture.Both groups were treated twice a week,with one course of treatment for two weeks,and the efficacy was determined after two courses of treatment.After the treatment,statistical methods were used to systematically compare and evaluate the differences of GAGS scores,quality of life scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsAfter the completion of the prescribed course of treatment,the GAGS scores,quality of life scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group improved by different degrees(P<0.05),so it is proved that these two schemes have clinical effects on treating acne of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.After treatment,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that the statistical results of the treatment group for acne with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were significantly different from that of the control group for acne with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had a better effect on improving skin lesions,quality of life and TCM accompanying symptoms in the treatment of this type of acne.In terms of the total effective rate,medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was 86.67%,and 70%in the group of acupuncture group alone.After statistical comparison,the difference was statistically significant.Therefore,medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture is more suitable for the treatment of acne with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Conclusionsmedicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acne patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency can effectively improve the skin lesions of the patients,the quality of life of the patients,and the accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical application and further promotion in the future.
