Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with acupuncture therapy in liveryang-hyperactivity migraine, the conventional acupuncture therapy of the same acupuncture group and oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were used as controls to compare,by observing and comparing the clinical efficacy,we preliminarily explore its mechanism of action,in order to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of liver-yang-hyperactivity migraine. Methods: 90 patients of liver-yang-hyperactivity migraine who met the criteria were randomly divided into medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with acupuncture group(medicated thread with acupuncture group),conventional acupuncture treatment(acupuncture group),and oral Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules(Western medicine group),30 cases in each group. The medicated thread with acupuncture group and the acupuncture group have the same acupoints: Fengchi,Shuaigu,Taiyang,Touwei(ill sides);Taichong and Taixi(both sides),1 treatment per day, continuous acupuncture and medicated thread moxibustion for 5 days, rest for two days, and then treatment, for a total of 4 weeks. The western medicine group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, and taken 10 mg orally every night before going to bed for 4 weeks. All three groups of patients were treated according to the doctor's prescription in strict accordance with the doctor's advice. After the end of treatment, compare the VAS scores of the three groups of patients and compare the frequency of headache, duration, degree of pain, accompanying symptom scores and total scores in the "Clinical Guidelines for New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine",and analyze the difference in efficacy between the three treatment methods. Results: 1.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease,VAS score, and headache symptom scores among the three groups(P>0.05),which were clinically comparable.2.After treatment, the VAS scores of all the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the medicated thread with acupuncture group and the acupuncture group(P > 0.05),and the degree of decline were both better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the incidence of migraine in all the three groups were significantly reduced, the degree of pain were significantly alleviated, the duration were significantly decreased, the accompanying symptoms were significantly reduced, and the total score of headache symptoms were also significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the medicated thread with acupuncture group was better than the western medicine group in reducing the incidence of headache(P<0.05),the medicated thread with acupuncture group was better than the acupuncture group and western medicine in reducing the accompanying symptoms, and was better than the acupuncture group and western medicine in improving the total score.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rate of the medicated thread with acupuncture group was 96.4%,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 82.1%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine group was 74.1%.The effective rate of the medicated thread with acupuncture group was better than that of the acupuncture group and the western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acupuncture group was equivalent to the western medicine group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver-yang-hyperactivity migraine. The curative effect is exact and the safety is high.It is worth promoting.
