| As the population aging process in Inner Mongolia intensifies,the proportion of the disabled and the elderly with chronic diseases also gradually increases,resulting in a sharp increase in the demand for elderly care and medical care services.Therefore,actively promote the effective combination of medical and health resources in Inner Mongolia,it is of great significance to vigorously develop the "integration of medical care" elderly care service that integrates "medical,rehabilitation,nursing,and elderly care" in order to improve the multi-level elderly care system in Inner Mongolia and ensure the balanced development of the supply and demand of elderly care in Inner Mongolia.This paper takes the aging population of Inner Mongolia as the constraint condition,and uses the questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method,normative analysis method,statistical analysis method and other research methods to study and analyze the "integration of medical care" elderly care service in Inner Mongolia and adjusts the program through the model calculation method.The main contents of the article are as follows: First,the theory of healthy aging,welfare diversification,and Anderson’s behavior model is selected as the theoretical basis,and the present situation of the population aging in Inner Mongolia is explained.Second,through descriptive analysis and predictive analysis,based on forecasting the population structure of Inner Mongolia,the necessity and dilemma of a sound "integration of medical care" elderly care service model is analyzed in detail,and the supply of "integration of medical care" elderly care service is pointed out.It is more serious than the demand imbalance.Thirdly,based on the Anderson behavior model as a theoretical basis,and analyze the realistic factors in the operation of the system,analyze the willingness of the elderly in Inner Mongolia to choose the "integration of medical care" elderly care service.Adjustment measures for elderly services.This article takes the population aging of Inner Mongolia as a constraint,and uses research methods such as questionnaire survey,empirical analysis,normative analysis,and statistical analysis to research and analyze the "integration of medical care" elderly care service in Inner Mongolia and adjust the plan through model measurement.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,the following conclusions have been drawn: first,the population structure of Inner Mongolia will gradually become elderly in the next 20 years,and the elderly population will have a sharp rise in demand for "integration of medical care" elderly care service;The old-age service model still lacks in terms of policy mechanism,practical operation,professional level,etc.,and cannot meet the elderly’s rising demand for old-age service.Third,among the influencing factors of the old people’s willingness to choose "integration of medical care" elderly care service,Both the propensity factor and the demand factor have a certain effect on the elderly’s choice willingness,but the enabling factors have the most significant effect on the elderly’s choice willingness.Fourth,based on the summary research,this article focuses on the service guarantee mechanism,funding mode,and integration.It proposes relevant countermeasures to improve Inner Mongolia’s "integration of medical care" elderly care service in aspects such as the model,the "integration of medical care" elderly care service featuring traditional Chinese medicine,long-term care system,professional talents,and publicity efforts. |
