| As the elderly age,their physical functions will gradually decline,and the chances of physical illness will greatly increase,especially some common senile diseases and chronic diseases,which will seriously damage the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.Traditional large-scale medical institutions often seem to be incapable of responding to the continuous and diversified medical needs of the elderly.In the context of healthy aging,the integration of medical and elderly care has gradually replaced a single medical service as an increasingly important service model for the elderly.Through the integration of medical and elderly care resources,it can meet the diverse needs of the elderly for daily inspection,health care,and rehabilitation.There are many modes of integrated medical and elderly care services,which can be the introduction of medical resources in elderly care institutions or the development of elderly care services in medical institutions.And this article focuses on community-level combined medical and elderly care services,the main reason being that community-based care for the elderly has increasingly become the main elderly care model in my country.The weakening of family functions and the insufficiency of institutional care for the elderly have led to this result.Community home care not only makes extensive use of social resources,but can also achieve "without leaving the familiar environment" for the care of the elderly.In summary,this article believes that it is in line with the actual situation to explore the practice of combining medical care and nursing at the community level.This article sorts out the relevant situation of the L community in Nanchang.Including the community situation,the various situations of the elderly,and the practice of community medical care integration,the social facts of the community’s medical care integration were sorted out.And then on its basis,using the theory of community care and welfare pluralism to analyze how to use their own resources to participate in integrated medical care services at the community level.Through analysis and understanding of the many difficulties faced in the specific process of the practice of combining medical and nursing care,such as the interaction and cooperation between different institutions in the community;medical and nursing institutions are involved in community home care services,guiding public welfare,emotionality and profit maximization Conflict between the rationality under the control and so on.Then follow the logic of "propose problems-solve problems",and put forward relevant policy recommendations based on the actual research situation and the methods that are worth learning from abroad. |
