Research On Risk Management Of XianDuan International Wise Medical Construction Project

XianDuan international wise medical project t is one of the important projects of A city to build the first batch of "wise city" pilot demonstration cities in China.Through the establishment of regional health information platform and the use of advanced network technology,the interaction between patients and medical personnel,medical institutions and medical devices is realized,and the informatization is gradually achieved.Because of the large investment in the international wise medical project,the construction cycle is long and the technology is complex,there are many unforeseen factors in the construction process.Therefore,risk accompanies the whole process of the project operation.If the project construction lacks the necessary risk management,then in the project construction and project operation stage will bring many problems,may even cause huge economic losses.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the risk management of the advanced international smart medical construction project.Based on the background of XianDuan international wise medical construction project,this paper uses the basic theory of project risk management,analysis the project risk characteristics and classification in the process of project risk management,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk control should be taken into account,and identify the risks of the project;On the basis of risk identification,the index system of project risk evaluation is established,and qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are carried out by using analytic hierarchy process,and the project risk assessment model is constructed;On the basis of risk assessment,select appropriate coping and prevention methods for various risks that may arise in the project;Put forward the project risk control strategy,design project risk control process.In the implementation of the project,the risk control measures have been effectively implemented,the full implementation of the project objectives at all stages,effectively ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Based on the research of risk management of the international wise medical project,this paper puts forward a set of effective solutions and measures for project risk management,also verify the practical value of relevant theory and technical methods in project risk management,have some influence on the project risk management research.
