Reserch On Emergency Management Of Grassroots Centers For Disease Control And Prevention In Public Health Emergencies

In recent years,major public health emergencies occur from time to time.Emergency management of public health emergencies has become a hot issue of great concern to governments and the public all over the world as they endanger people’s lives and health,cause public crises and seriously threaten social stability.Center for disease control and prevention is the core department of the public health emergencies emergency management.In order to optimize and improve the public health emergency management system,it is very important for grassroots CDC to research the weakness of emergency management of public health and improve the emergency management ability.Based on this,this paper studies how to improve the emergency mana gement ability of grassroots CDC from the perspective of public health emergencies.This article takes chicken pox event of District B C primary school as an example,uses case analysis,literature research,comparative analysis and interview method and applies the theory of risk society and early warning theory.The disadvantages of District B CDC in the emergency disposal of chickenpox events of deficiencies are slow early warning response,weak disposal ability and short supply of emergency support resources.The causes of the above problems are the imperfect monitoring and early warning mechanism,the inadequate coordinated disposal mechanism,insufficient emergency support resources,incomplete relevant laws and regulations and lack of emergency training and drills.In the end,the article suggests improvements that we should improve the monitoring and early warning system,establish perfect emergency disposal coordination mechanism,increase input in emergency support resources,improve the related laws and regulations system and increase emergency drills.
