Clinical Observation Of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid In Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke(Phlegm-Heat And FU-Organ Syndrome)

Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid in treating acute ischemic stroke(Phlegm-Heat and FU-Organ Syndrome),and exploring the clinical application value and drug safety of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid,which is in order to explore the targeted scheme for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(Phlegm-Heat and FU-Organ Syndrome).It provides more theoretical basis for the clinical popularization of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid.Methods:Collecting 72 patients from April 2018 to March 2019 in the enceph--alopathy ward and emergency department of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria of acute ischemic stroke(Phlegm-Heat and FU-Organ Syndrome).According to the time of admission,the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group,which were respectively treated with western medicine treatment combined with rectal drip treatment of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid and routine western medicine treatment.After 14 days of continuous administration,the scores of the TCM syndrome,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and activities of daily living(ADL)were observed and analyzed before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were also recorded,so as to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Xingnao Guanchang Liquid.Results:1 There were 3 cases of shedding and excluding cases in this trial,and 69 cases were actually studied,of which 35 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.2 The statistical results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,that of the control group was 70.59%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.3 This scores of TCM syndrome after treatment in the two groups were significantly different from those in the pre-treatment group(P<0.05).The two groups after treatmentand have a big difference(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the control group was inferior than that in the treatment group.4 The GCS and NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were apparently different from those of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05),and the difference of the GCS and NIHSS scores between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05),which was indicating that the treatment group has more superiority in treating of awareness disorder and improving of nervous function than the control group.5 The ADL scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05).There was a marked difference in the ADL scores between the two groups post-treatment(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was more advantageous than the control group in the recovery of activities of daily living.6 In the course of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Xingnao Guanchang Liquid is effective in treating acute ischemic stroke(Phlegm-Heat and FU-Organ Syndrome).It can effectively improve the TCM syndrome integral and consciousness disorder of patients,promote the recovery of patients’ neurological function,improve patients’ quality of life.And it is safe and worthy of clinical popularization.
