Clinical Observation Of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid In Treatment Of Acute Haemorrhagic Apoplexy(phlegm Heat And Bowel Excess Type)

Objective:In order to survey the clinical effect of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid in the treatment for syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of acute haemorrhagic apoplexy,to find out other characteristics of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid in the treatment.Meanwhile to explore the theoretical basis of treatmen.This makes it possible to promote the use of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid for syndrome of phlegm heat and bowel excess of acute stroke.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,select out 70 patients,and divide them into treatment group and control group with envelope method.Control group: Given conventional medical treatment,such as strict bed rest,oxygen uptake,lowering cranial pressure,nutriting brain cell,protecting the stomach and intestine,balancing the electrolyte,Nutrition support etc.help to Keep good posture for preventing and curing the complica-tions.Give appropriate treatment,if people with infection,hypertension,hyperlipemia,diabetes,coronary disease or other complication.Avoid using Chinese medicine which can purge fu-organs or clear away heat within the study period.Treatment group: give the same teatment with the control group,add Xingnao Guanchang Liquid [Chinese rhubarb 10g(later added),borneol 3g(melt by heat decoction),acorus 15 g,stir-baked hirudo 10 g leech100g] supplied from dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,boiled with our decocting medicine machine,200 ml each time,two times every day,drip into the rectum.Treatment: two groups are continuous treatment for 2 weeks,before the start of treatment and related indicators observed after treatment.Results:A total of 66 cases were studied,the treatment group and the control group,each group of 33 cases.The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.94%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%.Comparison between the two groups,the rank sum test P<0.05(P=0.008).The overall treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of TCM syndrome score between the two groups,Statistical test P < 0.05.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group in Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect,Rank sum test P<0.05(P=0.000),And there are significant differences between the two,and the treatment group was better than the control group.In the matter of nerve function defect score,the size of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage,after examination,P<0.05,the treatment group has more advantages than the control group.About security,there are 2 patients who had postoperative complications in each group.Conclusion:By means of the clinical curative effect of Xingnao Guanchang Liquid of statistical analysis,the results prove that Xingnao Guanchang Liquid improve nerve function,promote Absorption of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage,and get better results in treatment with TCM symptoms than that in control group.So Xingnao Guanchang Liquid should be widely used in clinic.
