| In 2015,the national health and Health Commission issued the guidance on the pilot reform of public hospitals,which calls for the improvement of the medical and health service system,the improvement of the comprehensive capacity of medical institutions at all levels,the improvement of the supervision system of medical institutions,and the establishment of a standardized and efficient operation mechanism.With the continuous progress of modern science and technology,a large number of advanced medical equipment such as PETCT,gamma knife,surgical robot and other advanced equipment have been introduced.How to effectively and reasonably use medical equipment,give full play to equipment potential and utilization efficiency,establish a set of efficient equipment management process,and optimize the existing equipment management mode is an important problem to be solved in medical engineering.JCI standard,which is formulated by the International Joint Committee of medical and Health Organization certification,is the most recognized,widely covered and authoritative quality evaluation standard in the world.A rigorous and changing certification system is formed by taking patients as the center,establishing various policies and systems,re combining management processes,and continuously improving application feedback information,which represents the highest level of management and service of medical institutions.Based on JCI standards and measurement methods,this paper analyzes the shoAccording to the JCI standard of J hospital medical equipment management,this paper is divided into the following parts:(1)overview of the background and significance of the reorganization of medical management process system,clear the core objectives,the main content and the tools used.This paper introduces the research trends of medical management process reengineering and the application of JCI standard in the academic circles at home and abroad.(2)Summarize and summarize the related theories involved in the research topic of this paper.This paper introduces the definition and discrimination of the concepts of business process reengineering,project management and JCI certification,as well as the specific reengineering methods,certification standards and implementation strategies,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.(3)Introduce the background and organizational structure of J hospital.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the equipment management business of the hospital from the perspectives of management mode,asset utilization,purchase and use process of medical equipment,management department and personnel responsibilities,and analyzes the organizational reasons for the problems.Then according to the requirements of JCIstandard,combined with J hospital’s capital and technology status and the original equipment management process,the specific objectives,basic principles and improvement contents of equipment improvement are formulated.According to the existing organizational structure and staffing of J hospital,work breakdown and responsibilities are made clear,and the time plan for project rectification is formulated.(4)On the basis of the original equipment management process,combined with JCI standards,the specific equipment purchase,acceptance,change,maintenance and other management links are improved one by one to complete the optimization and reorganization of each link.The Six Sigma method and failure analysis model are applied to the improved part of the work modules.It is proved that the management level of the Department can basically meet the management and control requirements of JCI through the optimization of management process,the improvement of evaluation means and the improvement of informatization ability.(5)Summarize the research results and final conclusions.Explain the innovation and shortcomings of the article,look forward to the future development trend of medical device management,and clarify the direction of their efforts in the follow-up work and learning.Through the improvement of medical equipment management process and system of J hospital,this paper not only promotes the development of the hospital,but also has certain reference value and significance for other brother units. |
