Research On The Procurement Management Of Medical Equipment For Financial Support Projects Of Z Hospital

Public hospitals are responsible for ensuring the health of the general public.In order to ensure the operation of public hospitals,my country is promoting the establishment of a stable public health investment mechanism,and departments at all levels will gradually increase financial support for public hospitals.The allocation of medical equipment is an important part of the construction of financially supported projects,and the budgeted amount of support funds is also large.Medical institutions need to explore how to use financial support funds reasonably and effectively on the basis of completing the procurement of financially supported medical equipment in a safe and compliant manner.Combining with the current situation of the procurement management of medical equipment for financial support projects in Z hospital,this paper finds that the financially supported medical equipment in Z hospital is difficult to meet the demand,and the progress of medical equipment procurement is delayed,Issues such as underutilization of funds.Based on finding problems,use Gantt charts,fishbone diagrams and other tools in management to analyze the causes of the problems,and determine the main reasons for the problems include:the lack of organization and rationality assessment in the reporting process,the low efficiency of functional departments and lack of Cooperation,poor quality inspection of medical equipment,lack of market research and financial supervision in the procurement process.In order to reasonably solve the problems in the procurement process of financial support medical equipment of Z hospital,according to the cause of the problem,by using the relevant knowledge of project planning and control,and using tools such as WBS task decomposition and target optimization matrix,a targeted proposal from the management hierarchy is proposed.The existing work should be improved in terms of adjustment,department setting,system guarantee,and professional investment,to ensure that the proposed improvement plan is more practical and feasible.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan,it is proposed that the hospital can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the relevant personnel from the implementation of the management personnel’s responsibilities and performance appraisal and rewards.
