| Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope in diagnosis of peripheral retinal holes under the small pupil.Method:The clinical data of 104 patients(114 eyes)with peripheral retinal holes diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Nanchang University from December 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients took fundus images with the optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope in a dark room under the small pupil,and then underwent QACLL 160 examination in a dark room after mydriasis and recorded in detail.The two were compared and analyzed to judge the detection rate of the optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope in peripheral retinal holes in different quadrants and the difference in detection rate between different quadrants.Result:In this study,104 cases(114 eyes)of peripheral retinal holes were studied,10patients(10.6%)had bilateral retinopathy,the male-female ratio was 1.4: 1,the age ranged from 20 to 78 years old,(average age of all patients was 51.11±14.77 years old).Among them,57 cases(62 eyes)complained of symptoms and 47 cases(52 eyes)without any symptoms.The optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope examination found 134 peripheral retinal holes in all under the small pupil,with an overall detection rate of 83.75%,83 holes located in the temporal quadrant,with a detection rate of 90.22%,16 holes located in the nasal quadrant,with a detection rate of 94.12%,21 holes located in the superior quadrant,with a detection rate of 75.00%,14 holes located in the inferior quadrant,with a detection rate of 60.87%;The chisquare test of four-grid table showed that the detection rate of the optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope was significantly different between the superior and inferior quadrants to the temporal and nasal quadrants(p<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of peripheral retinal holes under the small pupil of the optos panoramic 200 scanning laser ophthalmoscope is high,which has high clinical diagnosis value in preventing the occurrence of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. |
