Clinical Observation Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction And Huanglian Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats(Syndrome Of Phlegm And Fire Disturbing The Heart)

Objective: The research content of this topic belongs to the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of heart disease.The purpose is to observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang in the treatment of ventricular premature beats(phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome),in order to verify the effectiveness and safety of this formula in treating ventricular premature beats(phlegm fire disturbing heart syndrome).Method:Select patients with phlegm-fire syndrome of ventricular premature beat who meet the inclusion criteria,and randomly divide 72 patients into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,with the initial dose of 23.75 mg/time,once a day,in the morning.The dose was gradually adjusted to the maximum tolerated by the patient,and the treatment continued to maintain the heart rate at 55-65 times/minute.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction plus or minus,one dose a day,twice a day,and warm boiled water after breakfast and dinner.The two groups were treated for 1 courses,a total of 4 weeks.Result:During the treatment,one case(2.857%)of the two groups fell off due to some uncontrollable factors,and 70 cases were actually completed.After 4 weeks of treatment,statistical analysis and calculation showed that in the treatment group,1 case was cured(2.857%),8 cases were significantly effective(22.857%),18 cases were effective(51.429%),8 cases were ineffective(22.857%),and the total effective rate was 77.143%;In the control group,0 cases were cured(00.00%),0 cases were significantly effective(00.00%),18 cases were effective(51.429%),and 17 cases were ineffective(48.571%),with a total effective rate of 51.429%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and after statistical analysis,P=0.002(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research shows that Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction are effective in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with phlegmfire disturbing heart syndrome,without adverse reactions,and are worthy of clinical promotion.
