Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Female Delayed Acne With Zishen Xiegan Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Xiegan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of female delayed acne.Methods: 60 patients with Yin deficiency and fire heat type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were given oral Zishen Xiegan Decoction.30 cases in the control group were treated with Zhibai Dihuang pills,two groups were treated with chlorosulphur cream,and the facial mask was coated with Chinese medicine facial mask.Before and after treatment,the scores of skin lesions and TCM syndromes were evaluated,and the efficacy index was used as the standard.Results: After the treatment,the symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05);after the treatment,the comprehensive effect and recovery rate of the two groups were compared(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Zishen Xiegan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask can effectively improve the facial skin symptoms of patients,with better clinical efficacy and less side effects,and has clinical application value.
