| Objective: 1.To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of post-acne erythema and pigmentation,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xiaocuo Huaban decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of post-acne erythema and pigmentation.2.Explore the potential mechanism of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction in the treatment of post-acne erythema and pigmentation,and provide a reference for animal experiments and cell experiments to further verify the mechanism of action.Methods:1.According to the established diagnosis and treatment standards,75 patients with post-acne erythema and pigmentation were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(25cases),control group A(25 cases),and control group B(25 cases).example).Control group A was given a warm dose of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction,once dose per day,2 times a day.Control group B was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask,once every 3 days.The treatment group was treated with Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask.Before treatment and on the first day after each course of treatment,the patient’s skin lesions were recorded and serum collected,and the results of the study were statistically analyzed.The color of skin lesions,the number of skin lesions,and the size of the skin lesions in the three groups were compared.2.The medicinal chemical components of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction were obtained through the TCMSP platform.Oral bioavailability>30% and drug-like properties>0.18 were used as screening conditions to obtain the active ingredients of the drug.Obtain the related targets of post-acne erythema and pigmentation from Gene Cards database,OMIM database,TTD database,and Drug Bank database.Use Venny software to draw drug-disease Venn diagrams to obtain common drug-disease targets.With the help of Cytoscape software,a visual network of drugs-active ingredients-targets is constructed.Use STRING database to build PPI network.Draw the enrichment map of GO and KEGG pathways in the R language program.The potential mechanism of treating erythema and hyperpigmentation after acne was initially predicted.Result:1.Before treatment,the three groups had no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,skin lesion symptoms(color,number,size,total score),and they were comparable.2.The skin lesion symptoms of the three groups were compared after treatment.Regarding the comparison of the color of skin lesions,after the first and second course of treatment,the three groups have differences in the color of skin lesions,that is,there are differences in the degree of color between the treatment group and the control group A and the control group B.There is no difference between the control group A and the control group B.Regarding the number and size of the skin lesions,there is no significant difference between the three groups after the first course of treatment.After the second course of treatment,there is only a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group B;Comparing the total symptom scores,there was no significant difference between the three groups after the first course of treatment.After the second course of treatment,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group A and control group B,and the remaining differences were not significant.It shows that the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask to treat post-acne erythema and pigmentation is better than the two alone.3.The three groups were compared with the baseline.After the end of the first course of treatment,compared with the baseline,the treatment group has differences in color and total score compared with before treatment.The total score of control group A is significantly different from that before treatment,while the comparison between control group B and before treatment is not obviously;after the second course of treatment,the indicators of the three groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,indicating that the three treatment methods are effective for post-acne erythema and pigmentation.4.The activity of traditional Chinese medicine was screened in the TCMSP database,and 264 potential human protein targets corresponding to the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction were found through the Uniprot database.There are 906 disease targets.Finally,66 drug-disease targets were obtained.The GO enrichment results showed that the obtained results included 1,830 biological processes,24 cell components,and 94 molecular functions.The enrichment of KEGG pathway is 129.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask to treat acne erythema and hyperpigmentation is better than single use of the two.2.Xiaocuo Huaban Decoction may play a therapeutic effect on acne erythema and hyperpigmentation through IL-17 signaling pathway. |
