Clinical Observation Of Danhuang Quyu Prescription In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Prolonged Menstrual Period Caused By Scar Diverticulum

Objective:By observing the Dan huang and remove stasis party joint remains of uterine scar diverticulum palace zhixue granules to qi deficiency and blood stasis type menstruation prolong the patient’s clinical curative effect,compare the number of days it moves before and after the treatment,syndrome integral,indicators,such as the change of the diverticulum discusses huang Dan and remove stasis of the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum cause menstrual extension mechanism,the disease related to the pathogenesis of blood stasis in rich connotation,to provide reference for the TCM treatment of the diseaseMethods:60 cases of Chinese and western medicine patients were collected.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine danhuang quyu fang combined with proprietary Chinese medicine bao gong hemostatic granules,while the control group was treated with proprietary Chinese medicine bao gong hemostatic granules only.The treatment duration was 3 menstrual cycles,and the efficacy indexes were observed before treatment,3 cycles after medication use and 3 cycles after drug withdrawal.Results:(1)After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in general information and the indicators before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the duration of menstruation,reducing the TCM syndrome score,reducing the sagittal axis depth of the diverticulum and reducing the volume of the diverticulum(P<0.01),and the two groups had no significant effect in increasing the thickness of the diverticulum from the outer edge to the serosal layer(P>0.05).(3)The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical total efficacy(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in diverticulum efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danhuang can reduce the number of days of menstruation,reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce the sagittal axis depth of the diverticulum,and reduce the volume of the uterine scar diverticulum.
