Physical Distribution Of Prolonged Menstruation Caused By Uterine Scar Diverticulum And Clinical Observation Of Removing Blood Stasis And Clearing Heat

Objective: 1.In this study,the distribution of physical types of patients with prolonged menstruation caused by uterine scar diverticulum was investigated by questionnaire,and the physical distribution characteristics of these patients were preliminarily inferred.2.To observe the clinical effect of Dan Huang yin on patients with stasis-heat syndrome of this disease,and to provide reliable reference for the clinical application and promotion of Dan Huang yin.Methods: 1.A total of 174 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of prolonged menstruation caused by uterine scar diverticulum were investigated in the gynecology clinic of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.2.Seventy patients who met the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The treatment group was treated with Dan Huang yin and Baogong Zhixue granule,while the control group was treated with Gynecological Qianjin capsule and Baogong Zhixue granule.The two groups took Dan Huang yin and Gynecological Qianjin capsule for 14 days after menstruation.Take Baogong Zhixue granule on the second day of menstruation and stop the medicine after menstruation is clean and evaluate the treatment after 3-month menstrual cycle.To observe the curative effect of the two groups in shortening the days of menstruation,improving TCM syndrome,increasing the distance between the tip of diverticulum and serosa,reducing the area of diverticulum,etc.,so as to evaluate the effect of drug treatment and explore the therapeutic mechanism of Dan Huang yin.Results: 1.Based on the observation and study on the distribution of physique types in 174 patients with prolonged menstruation caused by uterine scar diverticulum,it was found that the physique of these patients was biased,mainly qi deficiency,qi depression,blood stasis and yang deficiency,while other physique types were relatively few.the distribution of occupations in different physiques is different.Compared with mental work patients,qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness and dampness-heat are easy to suffer from manual labor.The rest of the physique is on the contrary,and there is no significant difference in the distribution of age among different physiques.2.There were 1 case shedding in the treatment group and 1 case shedding in the control group,and 68 cases were completed.The clinical study of68 patients with prolonged menstruation of uterine scar diverticulum with syndrome of stagnation and heat showed that there was no significant difference in age,number of cesarean section,TCM syndrome score,menstrual time,uterine scar diverticulum area and distance between diverticulum tip and serosa between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).It shows that the two groups are comparable.3.After treatment,the two groups had curative effects in shortening menstruation and improving TCM syndromes,and the effect in the treatment group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.After treatment,the area of uterine scar diverticulum in both groups was smaller than that before treatment(P < 0.01),but there was no advantage in the treatment group compared with the control group(P > 0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the distance between the tip of diverticulum and serosa between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),which indicated that neither of the two groups could increase the distance between the tip of diverticulum and serosa.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period,which indicated that the drugs in the two groups were relatively safe.6.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment period,which indicated that the drugs in the two groups were relatively safe.Conclusion: 1.The physique types of patients with prolonged menstruation caused by uterine scar diverticulum were biased,among which qi deficiency,Qi depression,blood stasis and yang deficiency are widely distributed,which suggests that individualized treatment should be made according to the different physical characteristics of patients in clinical treatment.2.This clinical study shows that Dan Huang Yin combined with Baogong Zhixue granule has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of blood stasis-heat syndrome of the disease,which can not only significantly shorten the menstrual period of patients,but also significantly improve the concomitant symptoms such as menstrual abdominal pain,menstrual blood clots,irritability,dry mouth and pharynx,and the long-term effect is good.
