Literature Study And Clinical Observation On Treating Erysipelas Of Lower Extremities With Hydrotherapeutics

Objective:1.Literature Objective:To summarize the literature review and clinical investigations,the distribution of TCM syndrome study of lower limb erysipelas,understand the law governing the use of their prescription.2.Clinical OBJECTIVE:To compare the clinical studies through to understand the relevant documents guiding significance for clinical treatment.Methods:Through the literature research,summarize the common TCM syndrome type,clinical symptoms and hydrotherapeutics prescription of lower extremity erysipelas,through statistical analysis and summary of the distribution of common witness type and prescription of lower extremity erysipelas,combined with clinical research and observation,analyze the clinical data of 50 patients with lower extremity erysipelas in general surgery of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2019,divide them into control group and therapy group,each group of 25 cases,using sensitive antibiotics treatment,therapy group add detoxification washing medicine hydrotherapeutics treatment on the basis of the control group,record its course of treatment and the laboratory index before and after the course of treatment,carry on statistical analysis.Results:Through the preliminary study of the relevant literature,the research found that,the first three types of erysipelas were found to be hot poison type(67%),damp-heat type(25.4%)and heat toxin with blood stasis type(4.24%),it was found that the lower extremity erysipelas were mainly the hot poison type erysipelas.Therefore,Clearing away heat and detoxifying dampness were the main treatment methods of the lower extremity erysipelas in clinical treatment.In the clinical treatment of drugs,mainly to yellow cypress,purple flower Ding,Huanglian,Scutellaria and other heat-clearing drugs,followed by diuretics for eliminating dampness drugs and purgating drugs.Combined with clinical findings,the patients with acute attack of lower extremity erysipelas,for the same duration of treatment(Seven days),the therapeutic effect of the therapy group(antibiotic application+detoxification and washing medicine hydrotherapeutics treatment)was better than that of the control group(antibiotic application),the indexes of white blood cells and CRP in peripheral blood were significantly decreasedConclusion:Detoxification and washing drugs have the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying,reducing swelling and relieving pain.The hydrotherapeutics acts directly on the affected part,have good effect.In the routine treatment of acute lower extremity erysipelas,combined with the use of detoxification and washing medicine for external use of hydrotherapeutics treatment,the curative effect is significantly improved,the patient’s hospitalization time is shortened,the recovery period is shortened,and the patient’s pain is alleviated.At the same time,it has the characteristics of convenient operation,low cost,small pain and high compliance of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
