Objective:to observe the effect of Comprehensive Traditional Chinese medicine treatment on type2diabetic foot (early) vascular lesions in the lower extremities and related factors.Methods:in accordance with the standards of the diabetic foot (early) in90patients, using a randomized controlled single blind method is integrated into the treatment group60cases and control group30cases, comprehensive treatment of the treatment group was given based on the traditional Chinese medicine and external washing; the control group received general treatment, after8weeks of treatment, observation of symptoms before and after treatment, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood rheology, endothelial four index, lower extremity arteriovenous color index, ankle-brachial index, and using SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing.Results:the combined treatment group total effectiveness respectively is86.7%,83.3%, and effective rate of control group compared to63.3%, there were significant differences (P<0.05), the prompt traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the elderly type2diabetic patients with early diabetic lower extremity arterial disease clinical symptoms, while the treatment group of lipids, blood rheology, endothelin four index, lower extremity arteriovenous color index, ankle-brachial index, were significantly improved, compared with the control group with significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment by regulating the patient’s lipid metabolism, improve blood rheology, endothelin four, ankle-brachial index, lower extremity arteriovenous color target and other targets in the treatment of, improve microcirculation, improve local blood supply to the affected limb, eliminate or alleviate the clinical symptoms of discomfort, thereby reducing the incidence of diabetic foot gangrene and the amputation rate, improve the quality of life of patients, consistent with the Chinese medicine theory "prevention before illness, preventing disease, illness prevention, to treat" principle.
