| Objective:Randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of Ren-moxibustion on the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)with the middle Qi deficiency and Qi counterflow,so as to enrich the clinical treatment ideas and methods of Ren-moxibustion in treating this disease,and expand the scope of diseases treated by Ren-moxibustion.Methods:In this study,72 patients with non-erosive reflux disease who met the screening criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of complete randomization and control.The treatment group was treated with Ren-moxibustion and the control group was treated with Rabeprazole enteric capsule.After one course of treatment(Once every 1 weeks,6 times is a course of treatment),evaluate the effect of Ren-moxibustion.Results:12 cases were exfoliated,60 cases were enrolled,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,The treatment results are as follows:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms and Reflux symptoms of middle Qi deficiency and the Qi counterflow of type of non-erosive reflux disease(P(27)0.01).(2)In the total score of TCM syndrome,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P(27)0.05).(3)In the gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ),the clinical effect of the treatment group total score were significantly better than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).(4)In terms of the effective rate,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.00%,with the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).Conclusion:Ren-moxibustion therapy has a significant effect on middle Qi deficiency and the Qi counterflow of type of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).It can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and reflux symptoms of patients,and has the significance of clinical promotion. |
