Clinical Observation Of Spleen Food Product Type Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Higashigaki Zhizhu Recipe

Objective:Through the clinical experiment trails on modified Dong Yuan Zhi Zhu Decoction in treating non-erosive gastrcosophageal reflux disease which syndrome Differentiation is spleen deficiency with food accumulation to observe the clinical curative effect.Methods:Subjects conform standard diagnostic criteria were recruited and randomly assigned into control and experimental groups. Only the experimental subjects received Dong Yuan Zhi Zhu Decoction, while the control group received omeprazole Enteric-coated capsules. Comparing two group’s GerdQ before and after treatment.Results:(1) Short term effect:the rate of symptom relief in the experimental group is86.7%and in the control group is83.3%after8weeks. The symptom control rate in the experimental group (after treatment8weeks,16weeks,24weeks) is74.1%,81.5%and92.6%, while in the control group (8weeks,16weeks,24weeks) is72.0%,76.0%and84.0%.(2)Long term effect (after treatment6months):the relapse rate in the experimental group is11.1%and40.0%in the control group (p<0.05). The therapeutic effect in the experimental group is superior to control group.Conclusion:The modified Dong Yuan Zhi Zhu Decoction in treating non-erosive gastrcosophageal reflux disease which syndrome differren-ttiation is spleen deficiency with food accumulation has a remarkable curative effect. It can relieve and control reflux-related symptoms and reduce the relapse rate. The short term effects of the two groups are similar, but the long term effect in the experimental group is superior to control group.
