Objective:to observe and analyze the clinical study of wenjing zhitong decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis, and preliminarily discuss the therapeutic effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine wenjing zhitong decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods:a total of 96 patients who met the study criteria were randomly assigned to the moxibustion group, traditional Chinese medicine group and heat-sensitive moxibustion group in a ratio of 1:1:1.Two patients were removed and 94 cases were eventually effectively completed, including 32 cases in the moxibustion group,31 cases in the traditional Chinese medicin e group and 31 cases in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group. The moxibustion group was given wenjing powder and cold analgesic traditional Chinese medicine(self-designed "wenjing analgesic soup")combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment. The treatment lasted for 10 consecutive days starting from 7 days before menstruation, with a total of 3 treatment cycles. The Chinese medicine group only took wenjing analgesic soup for treatment, and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group only used heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment.CMSS scores,VAS scores, and uterine spiral artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)values of the three groups were observed after treatment and at the follow-up period(3 months after the end of treatment).Results:(1)after treatment, the duration score of dysmenorrhea, symptom severity score,VAS score,PI and RI values of the three groups all decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the moxibustion group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustiongroup(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P>0.05).The effective rate was 93.75%in the moxibustion group,70.96%in the traditional Chinese medicine group, and 74.19%in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group. There were significant differences between the moxibustion group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P<0.05),and no significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P>0.05).(2)during the follow-up period, the duration score of dysmenorrhea, symptom severity score, and VAS score of the three groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment after treatment, there was no significant difference between the moxibustion group(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the moxibustion group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P>0.05).The effective rate was 93.75%in the moxibustion group,67.74%in the traditional Chinese medicine group, and 70.97%in th e heat-sensitive moxibustion group. There were significant differences between the moxibustion group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P<0.05),and no significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(P>0.05).Conclusions:for primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome, traditional Chinese medicine with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy, the pure application or heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,Chinese traditional medicine are effective, but the traditional Chinese medicine combined heat-sensitive moxibustion therapeutic effect is more significant, more can effectively improve dysmenorrhea patients duration of pain and symptoms, reduce the PI and RI value, improve the uterus microcirculation, and illness is not easy to relapse, curative effect is stable. The short-term curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group was basically the same, and the long-term curative effect was unstable.
