Clinical Study Of Shengchaijiangya Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Women With Hypertension Caused By Kidney Yin Deficiency And Liver Depression Transforming Into Fire

Objective:to observe the clinical effect and mechanism of Shengchaijiangya Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal women with hypertension caused by kidney yin deficiency and liver depression transforming into fire by clinical observation.Methods: sixty-four perimenopausal women with hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases each.The control group was treated with Valsartan capsules,80 mg each time,once a day.The experimental group was treated with shengchaijiangya decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.Then observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,improved Kupperman score,blood lipid,blood pressure and variability.Results: after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of two groups became lower(P<0.05),TCM syndrome total effective rate of the experimental group and control group was 87.5% and 77.1% respectively,the experimental group had better efficacy(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior in the efficacy of single symptoms of Chinese medicine: dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest,soreness and weskness of waist and knees,anxiety and depression,insomnia and dreaminess(P<0.05).After treatment,the improved Kupperman score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),but the effect of the experimental group was better(P<0.01).Perimenopausal syndromes total effective rate of the experimental group and control group was 87.5% and 75% respectively,the comparison between the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicates that the experimental group had better effect on improving perimenopausal syndrome.After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the experimental group were significantly ameliorated(P<0.05),while rare significant change happened in the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the experimental group could significantly improve the blood lipid index,and the effect was better.Clinical systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of both two groups were significantly lower,for the test group,the decline of the systolic pressure was larger(P<0.01).The test group had some decline in 24 h,daytime,nighttime average blood pressure after treatment(P<0.05),In the control group,it was lower than pre-treatment except d DBP,which respect that the experimental group has advantage(P<0.05).After treatment,24 h SSD,d SSD,d DSD,n SSD and n DSD in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05),but nothing significant happened in the opposite.The effect of 24 h SSD,d SSD and n SSD in the treatment group was better than the opposite(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in safety indexes,no obvious adverse reactions and adverse events.The safety level of this study is level 1.Conclusion: Shengchaijiangya decoction has significant effect in reducing blood pressure and its variability,it significantly improved the TCM syndromes and perimenopausal syndromes,and has a obvious lipidregulating effect,the mechanism may be related to dilation of blood vessels and the regulation of central neurotransmitter content.Shengchaijiangya decoction has a clear curative effect on the treatment of perimenopausal women with hypertension caused by kidney yin deficiency and liver depression transforming into fire.
