Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Huaji Disinfectant Granules In Treating Infantile Larvae Fire-eating Sepsis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huaji Disinfection Granules in the treatment of infantile pyemia caused by moth eating fire.Methods:66 children with acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group took Huaji Disinfection Granules,while the control group took Putian Xiaoyan Oral Liquid or Cefixime Chewable Tablets.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups of children were recorded in the clinical observation table.After the observation,the two groups of data were statistically analyzed to reach a conclusion.Finally,the safety of the two groups was evaluated.Results:the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in total effective rate,total score and main symptom score(P<0.01),and superior to the control group in secondary symptom score(P<0.05).no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of children.Conclusion:Huaji Disinfection Granules can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of children with infantile pyemia caused by moth eating fire.It has obvious clinical curative effect and high drug safety,and can be implemented and applied clinically.
