Clinical Research On Black Dihuang Pill Protacting Residual Renal Function In Maintenance Hemodiaiysis Patients

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety by Black Dihuang Pill on maintenance hemodiaiysis patients,and to provide new methods for TCM to protect residual renal function.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 30 patients the experimental group and 30 patients the control group.The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis and basic western medicine,the experimental group adds Black Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group,the treatment is 6 months.The differences of TCM syndrome score,urine volume,residual renal function,plasma albumin and hemoglobin before and after treatment were observed in both groups,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,Both the experimental group and the control group showed a significant decrease in TCM syndrome score compared with before treatment(P<0.01);while the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 82.76%,while that in the control group was 67.86%.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.RRF、urine volume and the descent rate of them:RRF and urine volume were both decreased after treatment,there was a significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01),the inter-group comparisons at the third and sixth months have statistical significance(P<0.05).The decline rate of RRF and urine volume in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the inter-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Hemoglobin,plasma albumin:hemoglobin and serum albumin in the two groups were improved after treatment,there was a significant difference between the the inter-group comparison(P<0.01);the comparison in hemoglobin was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.01),the comparison in serum albumin has statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05)5.safety:The blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram and liver function of the two groups were not abnormal compared with those before treatment.In the experimental group,2 patients had a slight dental ulcer,and the symptoms disappeared after the dosage of dried ginger was halved.Conclusion:Black Dihuang Pill can effectively protect the residual renal function of maintenance hemodialysis patients,delay the decline of kidney function and urine volume,improve renal anemia,correct the nutritional status,the effect is exact,and the method is safe.
