Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Anshen Decoction In Treating Chronic Liver Disease Insomnia

Objective:A non-randomized open clinical trial study was used to compare the effects of dextrozopiclone and Yangxue Anshen decoction combined with zozopiclone on insomnia in chronic liver disease.Summarize its etiology and pathogenesis,broaden the diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver disease and insomnia,and improve clinical efficacy.Methods:Screening patients included in the liver disease clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic liver disease insomnia,and divided the patients into a control group and a test group..Test group:add and take Yangxue Anshen decoction based on the treatment of the control group,decoction,once a day.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Taking SRSS,PSQI,TCM syndrome scale as curative effect index,observe and record the changes of SRSS,PSQI,TCM syndrome scale scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and use SPSS 22.0 for data analysis.Results:A total of 60 cases were included(30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group).Before treatment,the baseline data(patient age,gender,disease course,etc.)were compared,and no significant difference was found(all P>0.05),which was comparable.1.SRSS,PSQI:After treatment,there were significant differences between the control group and the test group within and between groups(P<0.05).2.TCM syndromes:Before and after treatment,the control group showed no significant difference in overall efficacy(P>0.05);before and after treatment in the experimental group,there was a significant difference in overall efficacy(P<0.05).The control group had difficulty in falling asleep,easy to wake up after falling asleep,difficulty falling asleep after waking up,sleepless throughout the night,dreaminess,heart palpitations,forgetfulness,dizziness,headache,and fatigue.Differences(P<0.05),other single items were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05);before and after treatment in the experimental group,there were significant differences between the individual items(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05);in each single item,except for sleepless nights,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The use of Dezopiclone and Yangxue Anshen Decoction combined with Dezopiclone can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients.2 Chinese herbal compound Yangxue Anshen Decoction can improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as difficulty in falling asleep,easy to wake up after falling asleep,difficulty falling asleep after waking up,dreaminess,palpitations,forgetfulness,dizziness and headache,and fatigue.
