The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Anxiety And Depression By Shuangxin Jieyu Recipe

Objective: Observe the clinic effect of treatment of chronic heart failure with anxiety and depression by Shuangxin Jieyu Recipe,to provide clinical reference for treating double ventricular disease.Methods: This research choose 60 heart failure patients with anxiety and depression,they all show symptoms of deficiency of heart and yang deficiency of heart and kidney,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 30 cases.Experimental group use basic treatment of Western Medicine with double ventricular dispel melancholy,control group adopts basic treatment of Western Medicine with Deanxit.The course of treatment in the two groups was 4 weeks.Timely record the score of heart failure symptoms before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,GAD-7、PHQ-9、SSS、NT-proBNP、LVEF,conduct statistical analysis from the change.Results: There was no significant difference in scores of symptoms of heart failure between the two groups after treatment(P﹥0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the experimental group(83.33%)and the control group(73.33%)(P﹥0.05);After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P﹤0.01),and the total effective rate of the experimental group(90.0%)was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(66.67%)(P﹤0.01);There was no significant difference in the score of GAD-7 between the two groups after treatment(P﹥0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the experimental group(63.33%)and the control group(76.67%)(P﹥0.05);After treatment,the PHQ-9 score in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P﹤0.01),and the total effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was significantly different from that of the control group(70.0%)(P﹤0.01);After treatment,SSS score in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0.01),and the total effective rate of the experimental group(86.67%)was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(63.33%)(P﹥0.05);After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP in both groups decreased significantly(P﹤0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P﹥0.05);After treatment,LVEF was significantly increased in both groups(P﹤0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P﹥0.05);There were no significant changes in blood routine,rine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,electrolytes in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion: Shuangxin Jieyu Recipe can effectively improve the Chinese syndrome score of chronic heart failure patients with anxiety and depression,somatization symptom,with good drug safety,Fully embodies the clinical advantages of traditional Chinese Medicine,It is worth popularizing and applying.
