Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Nourishing Yin,Clearing Heat And Eliminating Pus Herbs Prescription Combined With External Treatment On Granulomatous Mastitis In Abscess Stage

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating pus herbs prescription combined with external treatment and external treatment alone in the treatment of abscess granulomatous mastitis,and summarize the advantages of nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating pus herbs prescription in the treatment of abscess granulomatous mastitis.Methods: In this study,61 female patients with granulomatous mastitis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the breast department of shandong provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to July 2019 were successfully included,31 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Treatment group: traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment,oral nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminatng pus decoction and open dressing change after the surgery of breast abscess debridement and focus resection;Control group: external treatment,breast abscess debridement + focus resection,postoperative open dressing.The symptoms and signs,blood sedimentation of inflammatory indicators and safety indexes of the two groups were observed at 1,2 and 3 months after surgery,and adverse reactions were recorded in time.The healing time and effect of breast shape of the cured patients in the two groups 3 months after surgery were statistically analyzed.After the observation period,follow-up was conducted for 3 months,and the recurrence rate was calculated 6 months after the operation.The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.P<0.05 indicated that the results had statistical significance.Results:On the premise of ensuring clinical safety,symptoms,signs and blood sedimentation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group 1 month after surgery(P<0.05),there was no significant statistical difference in symptoms and signs,blood sedimentation rate between the control group and the control group at 2 and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).The curative time of cured patients in the treatment group 3 months after surgery was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),breast appearance effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups at 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion: Nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating pus herbs prescription combined with external treatment can improve the clinical symptoms,signs and blood sedimentation of inflammatory indicators of abscess granulomatous mastitis faster than external treatment alone,and can shorten the cure time and improve the appearance of the breasts after surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
