Observation Of Curative Effect Of Jiuhua Ointment In Promoting Postoperative Wound Healing Of Granulomatous Mastitis

Objective:To explore the effect of Jiu Hua ointment on the wound healing after acne mammary abscess and provide a new useful regimen to treat Granulomatous Mastitis(GM).Methods:Choose the patients who have diagnosed GM from June 2020 to December 2020 in the first affiliated hospital witn Hunan University of Chinese medicine.90 patients were divided into three groups :Jiu Hua ointment group,Vaseline group,Kang Fu Xin group,each group has 30 patients.Both groups were treated with abscess incision and drainage fistula scratching as external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.And Chaihu Qinggan Decoction combined with tounong powder was the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.On the second day after operation,Jiu Hua ointment group use Jiu Hua ointment gauze in the wound,Vaseline group use Vaseline gauze in the wound,Kang Fu Xin group use,Kang Fu Xin gauze in the wound.During the therapeutic period,The breast pain scores,wound secretion scores,wound pus scores,breast mass range,wound healing rates and clinical efficacy of the three groups were observed after treatment 7 days,14 days and 28 days.Statistical software(SPSS 22.0)was used to analyze the data.Results:1.On the 7,14 and 28 days after the treatment,the breast pain score of Jiu Hua ointment group was lower than that of Vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group(P>0.05).2.On the 7 and 14 days after the treatment,the wound secretion scores of JJiu Hua ointment group and Vaseline group were significantly higher than those of Kang Fu Xin group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between Vaseline group and Jiu Hua ointment group(P>0.05).On the 28 days after the treatment,there was no significant difference in wound secretion score among the three groups(P>0.05).3.On the 14 and 28 days after the treatment,the scores of pus and putrefaction in Vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group were significantly higher than those in Jiu Hua ointment group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between Vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group(P>0.05).4.On the 7,14 and 28 days after the treatment,there were no significant difference in breast mass range scores among the three groups(P>0.05).5.On the 7 days after the treatment,the healing rate of the wound cavity in Jiu Hua ointment group and Kang Fu Xin group were significantly higher than that of Vaseline group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 14 and 28 days after the treatment,the healing rate of the wound cavity in Jiu Hua ointment group was significantly higher than that of Vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group(P<0.05).6.On the 28 days after the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups have statistical difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of Jiu Hua ointment group was significantly different from that of Vaseline group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of Jiu Hua ointment group was significantly different from that of Kang Fu Xin group(P< 0.05);there was no significant difference between Vaseline group and Kang Fu Xin group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Vaseline and Kang Fu Xin group,Jiu Hua ointment group has obvious advantages in relieving breast pain,improving pus and decay,and promoting wound healing.Jiu Hua ointment is superior to Vaseline and Kangfuxin Liquid in the overall clinical efficacy in the treatment of postoperative wounds of GM.
