The Clinic Research Of Xiaoerqingfei Syrup For Phlegm-heat In Lung Syndrome Of Children’s Lobar Pneumonia

Objective : Trough the observation of the clinic research of Xiaoerqingfei Syrup for Phlegm-heat in Lung Syndrome of children’s lobar pneumonia,then objectively evaluates the clinic efficiency and safety.Methods:Collect 60 appropriate hospitalized children and then divide randomly into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group is treated with Xiaoerqingfei Syrup on the basis of control group for 10 days.After that score the clinic syndrome of before and aftertreatment,and then compare the analysis results with statistical tools.Results:Two groups of the age,sex,pathogenetic condition level were no difference(P>0.05);and were comparable.Children’s recovery rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,and that of the control group was 65.52%,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of efficacy(P < 0.05).After treatment,the total score of syndrome,the total score of main syndrome and the total score of secondary syndrome in the two groups were compared,which were statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05)and the treatment group were better on cough,sputum,pulmonary rales,defecation and tongue coating(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference on other symptoms and physical signs compared with the control group(p>0.05).Before and after the treatment,the safety indexes of two groups were within normal range didn’t occur side effects before and after treatment.Conclusion:The Xiaoerqingfei Syrup is satisfactory and worth of clinic use on Phlegm-heat in Lung Syndrome of children’s lobar pneumonia and can be regarded as effective for the disease.
