The Establishment Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Early Warning Index Model Based On Nomogram Model And Analysis Of Association Rules Of TCM Syndromes

Objective:This study retrospectively analyzed the literature re l ated to the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and realized the screening,modeling,evaluati on and association rule analysis of TCM syndrome indicators for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:1.In this study,the literature retrospective research method was usedto collect the high-risk factors of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and establish a database of early warning indicators.Through correlation analysis,a joint early warning model based on ROC curve and a scoring early warning model based on Norogram diagram were initially established,and the model was evaluated by DCA.2.In this study,we collected the TCM medical records of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,analyzed the elements and correlation degree of TCM syndromes of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation through frequency statistics and association rules,and established the TCM syndromes of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with the aid of a computer-aided platform Indicator early warning database.Results:1.The results of the early warning model of Western medicine shows that age,BMI,uric acid,C-reactive protein and inner diameter of the left atrium were independent early warning factors for atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).The critical value of the joint early warning model is 0.481,the sensitivity is 0.861,the specificity is 0.867,and the accuracy is 0.861.The total score of each index of the Nomogram score warning model is 30-65 points,and the corresponding risk rate range is 0-0.9.The Nomogram model consistency index C-index is 0.926(95%CI:0.901-0.952).2.The association rule analysis of TCM syndrome indicators shows that Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency and Huowang syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,heart and blood stasis syndrome are the six most common types Common TCM syndrome types.64 cases of qi and yin deficiency syndrome,palpitation,tongue redness,and fatigue were the main symptoms;fatigue and palpitation had the highest support level(71.875%).In 22 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,palpitations,fatigue,and bruising on the tongue were the main symptoms;fatigue,shortness of breath,fatigue,palpitations,and shortness of breath had the highest support(90.909%).In 14 cases of Yin deficiency and Huowang syndrome,red tongue,insom nia and palpitations were the main symptoms;palpitations,tinnitus,insomnia and upset support were the highest(92.857%).13 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,palpitation,chest tightness,greasy white fur are the main symptoms;chest tightness,greasy white greasy,chest tightness,palpitation,chest tightness,palpitation and greasy white greasy support(69.231%).In 12 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,palpitations,chest tightness,and chest pain were the main symptoms;Shantaixi,chest fullness,chest threatening fullness,Shantaixi had the highest support(66.667%).Twelve patients with heart-blood stasis syndrome,a stringent pulse,palpitations,and chest pain were the main symptoms;chest pain,dark purple tongue had petechiae,and palpitations and lip nails had the highest support(91.667%).Conclusion:In this study,a binary early warning index model of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was preliminarily established by binary logistic regression analysis,ROC curve,and Norogram diagram.By analyzing the association rules of the TCM syndrome elements of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,the paroxysm The internal laws of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of atrial fibrillation to predict the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation are of certain value for the early identification of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation risk in the clinic.
