Analysis Of The Improvement Of Low Back Pain In Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis With Low Back Pain After Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate Into The Knee Joint

As China gradually enters an aging society,the incidence of Osteoarthritis(OA)is also increasing.Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA),as the most important weight-bearing joint in lower limbs,has attracted more and more attention.As the most stressed segment of the spine,the degenerative changes of the lumbar spine were mainly initiated by facet arthritis.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,we found that knee osteoarthritis is often accompanied by degenerative changes in the lumbar spine.With the aggravation of symptoms and imaging manifestations of knee osteoarthritis(symptoms and imaging manifestations of lumbar degenerative diseases),the symptoms and imaging manifestations of lumbar degenerative diseases(symptoms and imaging manifestations of knee osteoarthritis)were also aggravated.At present although the scholars have put forward the concept of "knee-waist syndrome",people of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and lumbar degenerative disease research more deeply,but the study focus is on the knee-when the surgical treatment of lumbar syndrome treatment choice of order,about KOA patients with knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate after conservative treatment waist symptoms improve the situation of the research.Objective: Through to the middle-aged and old people with primary knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with low back pain patients after outpatient service line articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate(Hyaluronic Acid,HA)in the treatment of KOA after Lumbar lordosis Angle,Lumbar lordosis,LL)and the changes of patients with low back pain symptoms further clarify KOA and the relationship between Lumbar degenerative diseases,for the treatment of patients with KOA mergers under the waist pain scheme provides theory basis.Methods: Collected in August 2017 to August 2018 in hebei zhangjiakou region the orthopaedic clinic by the first affiliated hospital of north college of KOA patients with low back pain with 160 cases(age > 40 years old),based on the patient consent downward articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment,after two treatment cycle measure in patients with knee joint vision Visual analogue scale(Visual analog score,VAS)and Lumbar lordosis Angle,Lumbar lordosis,LL)and low back pain VAS before and treatment knee VAS,LL compared with low back pain VAS,The knee VAS,LL and low back pain VAS of each group before and after treatment were statistically analyzed and the conclusions were drawn.Results: 1.After treatment with sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity in KOA patients,LL increased and VAS improved after one treatment cycle compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).2.After the second treatment cycle,LL of the patients increased and VAS improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).After the second treatment cycle,LL increased and VAS improved,respectively,compared with the first treatment cycle(P<0.01).3.With the increase of the treatment period of sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity in KOA patients,LL increased with the extension of the treatment period,showing a positive correlation.VAS decreased with the prolongation of treatment period,showing a negative correlation.Conclusion: 1.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with sodium hyaluronate can relieve the patients’ original low back pain symptoms,and the low back pain VAS is significantly better than before the treatment cycle.2.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with sodium hyaluronate can increase the lumbar lordosis Angle(LL).Through the conservative treatment of KOA patients,the original lumbar symptoms were improved,and the mechanism of "knee-waist" syndrome was further clarified,which also provided a new idea for the treatment of "knee-waist syndrome" in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.
