Clinical Observation Of Baicao Gufei Ointment In Treating Allergic Cough With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective: This subject aims to observe the serum Ig E,eosinophil count(EOS),exhaled nitric oxide(FENO),TCM syndrome scores,and allergic cough in patients with both qi and yin deficiency.Within six months,the recurrence rate,the severity of symptoms at the time of relapse,and the impact of safety indicators.To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Baicao Gufei ointment in the treatment of allergic cough with both qi and yin deficiency.Methods: From October 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with allergic cough with both qi and yin deficiency that met the inclusion criteria were collected from the patients who were treated in the outpatient department of the Chinese Medicine Pulmonary Department of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2018 to October 2019.Using the digital table method,they were randomly divided into 40 treatment groups and 40 control groups,and randomized group concealment(envelope method).The patients in the control group took the antihistamine promethazine hydrochloride tablets,12.5 mg each time,2 times / day,taking two weeks as a course of treatment,and continuously observed three courses;the treatment group was given Baicao Gufei ointment,1 bag(20g),2 times / day,with two weeks as a course of treatment,three consecutive observation courses.Observe and compare the changes of serum Ig E,eosinophil count(EOS),exhaled nitric oxide(FENO),TCM symptom score,liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment,observe the recurrence rate of patients within six months after treatment and the first relapse The severity of the difference,and statistical analysis of the results of the twogroups.Results: 1.Serum Ig E: Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01)2.Eosinophil count(EOS)and exhaled nitric oxide: before treatment,there is no statistical difference between the treatment group and group(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both Baicao Gufei ointment and promethazine hydrochloride tablets can reduce the serum Ig E content,and Baicao Gufei ointment is superior to promethazine hydrochloride tablets in improving airway allergy.2.Both Baicao Gufei ointment and promethazine hydrochloride tablets can significantly reduce the number of bloodeosinophils and nitric oxide content in exhaled breath,indicating that Baicao Gufei ointment can also reduce the airway allergic reactivity of patients.Improve the function of airway inflammation.3.Both Baicao Gufei ointment and promethazine hydrochloride tablets have obvious effects on the treatment of allergic cough,but Baicao Gufei ointment is significantly better than promethazine hydrochloride tablets in treating qideficiency and two-yin type allergic cough.The patient’s irritating dry cough symptoms.4.Both Baicao Gufei ointment and promethazine hydrochloride tablets can improve TCM symptoms.Baicao Gufei ointment improves TCM symptoms better than promethazine hydrochloride tablets.5.Both relapse patients after
