Clinical Study Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With Psychotherapy On Liver-qi Stagnation Syndrome Of Post-Stroke Depression

Objective : To observe the efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and to compare and analyze the difference between Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with psychotherapy and single psychotherapy.Methods:Clinical randomly selected 72 patients who met the criteria as the research object,divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in each group,the two groups were given basic treatment after ischemic stroke,the treatment group was given Chaihu Shugan powder combined with psychotherapy,the control group was given psychotherapy.In the course of this study,1 patient suffered from recurrent acute cerebral infarction,whose condition was aggravated,and was shed in the experimental study.Finally,71 cases were included,including 36 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,neurological deficit score(NIHSS),and Barthel Index(BI)score of daily living scale were observed and compared with statistical methods.Results :(1)Comparison within the group: After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the three scores of TCM syndrome score,HAMD score and NIHSS score of the two groups all decreased,and the BI score increased,and the differences were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);compared with 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of TCM syndrome score and HAMD score(P<0.05);in terms of NIHSS score and BI score,two There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with psychotherapy(97.2%)was higher than that of the single psychotherapy group(91.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with psychotherapy can alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression.Compared with single psychotherapy,Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with psychotherapy has a faster clinical effect and a more significant effect,and can improve the symptoms of depression in patients,To further reduce the symptoms of neurological deficits in patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Clinically,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
