Objective:To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with chronic transmission constipation(liver depression and gas stagnation syndrome),and to provide a theoretical basis for treating chronic transmission constipation from traditional liver theory.Methods:This clinical study used the traditional Chinese medicine Chai hu thinning liver decentralization and dialectical treatment in patients with chronic transmission of liver depression qi stagnation constipation.The 70 patients who met the clinical standard were collected,and they were randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group who were treated with Chahu thinning liver decentralization,and 35 cases were treated with western medicine pecruek succinate in the control group.The medication frequency of both groups was 1/day,14 days,2 sessions and reviewed after 1 month Data analysis and safety evaluation were conducted through the statistical score of constipation symptoms,TCM waiting score of liver stagnation,discharge of transmitters,clinical efficacy evaluation,anxiety and depression integration,and patient recurrence rate after January,and the results were summarized and discussed.Results:(1)The general data of subjects were age,gender and course(P>0.05).(2)Constipation symptom score comparison:the first two groups of treatment are comparable.Constipation total integral index:the comparison of the two groups showed that the two groups of constipation symptoms were effective.The comparison between the two groups showed that the Chinese medicine Chaithinning liver dispersion was better than the control group in the improvement of constipation symptoms.Among the integral indicators of constipation:after treatment,the treatment group with defecation difficulty,defecation time and defecation frequency improvement were better than the control group,and there was no significant difference in the improvement of stool traits and abdominal distension symptoms.(3)Comparison of liver qi stagnation syndrome score:the two groups improved liver qi stagnation symptoms before and after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Efficacy score comparison:the post-trial treatment group was better and effective than the control group.(5)Colon transmission test discharge comparison:The treatment group outperformed the control group in improving the colon transmission function.(6)Recurrence rate comparison:the recurence rate of Chaihu thinning liver dispersion armam ent group was lower,and the long-term effect was better than the control group.(7)Anxiety and depression score comparison:the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the anxiety and depression symptoms,and the treatment group significantly improved the anxiety and depression symptoms before and after the treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect on chronic transmission of constipation,compared with the safety and long-term effect of western medicine succinate tablets and long-term effect,which can be further applied and promoted in clinical practice.
