Study On The Regularity Of Insomnia Prescription Based On Data Mining

Objective:Auxiliary platform system with the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,to treat different syndrome of insomnia prescription to collect,to explore the characteristics of the prescription,and characteristics,and according to the correlation coefficient between the evolution of new prescription drugs,according to different types of insomnia syndrome screening the associated prescription made into herbal tea party,offers a new reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.Methods:The medical cases and prescriptions for insomnia treatment in the past ten years were collected from CNKI,WWP and Wanfang medical websites.These insomnia prescriptions were sorted out and recorded in Excel.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the collected insomnia prescriptions were screened and pre-processed for the second time.These prescriptions were firstly sorted out and recorded into the prescription management system of the TCM inheritance assistant system platform management.First of all,a general analysis of these data,obtained the clinical common insomnia syndrome such as liver and stomach disharmony,Yin deficiency fire,phlegm heat disturbing the heart,heart and spleen deficiency and liver stagnation of fire and other five syndromes;Then select formula in the dictionary of prescription management system management type management,input five insomnia syndrome,again from the raw data of these prescriptions according to different for a system of syndrome screening,finally,the five kinds of syndrome of insomnia prescription according to the name,type,and the composition of drugs and dosage entry in the prescription management system again.And using the statistical report system and data analysis system of the software association rules,improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering algorithm,from the insomnia prescription frequency,four qi,five taste,meridian,prescription rule and new formula analysis and other aspects of the overall and single syndrome data analysis;The most frequently used drug combinations and new prescriptions for each insomnia syndrome were obtained.Result:1.Overall:A total of 450 prescriptions were recorded in this study,including 279 traditional Chinese medicines.The most frequent drugs were jujube seed,licorice,poria,bupleurum,Pinellia pinellia,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Radix Polygalae,coptidis coptidis,keel,angelica sinensis,Radix Polygoni,etc.The four Qi are cold,warm and smooth.The five tastes are mainly sweet and the heart meridian is the main meridian.Commonly used drug combination for zizyphus jujube kernel,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,licorice,Chinese angelica,poria cocos,polygala,and
