Objective: To find the difference of peripheral blood test indexes between psoriasis case group and healthy control group and different types of psoriasis, and to explore the value of psoriasis-related peripheral blood test indexes in the evaluation of psoriasis. Methods: The peripheral blood test indexes of patients with PV,GPP and EP diagnosed in the Department of Dermatology of the first Hospital of Jilin University from January 2015 to December 2020 and healthy people in the physical examination center of the same period were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in the levels of WBC,NE,MO,LY,RBC,HGB,ALT,AST,ALB,TC,TG,HDL,LDL and urea between the case group and the healthy control group. The levels of WBC,NE and MO in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the others were significantly lower than those in the control group.Logistic regression analysis of psoriasis binary classification showed that ALB and TC were significantly correlated with psoriasis, and there were significant differences in the levels of WBC,NE,MO,LY,RBC,HGB,PLT,TC,ALB,HDL,LDL,urea,UA,BA,TC,serum sodium,MPV,Ig E and CRP among PV,NE,MO,LY,RBC,HGB,PLT,urea,UA,BA,TC,serum natrium,MPV,Ig E and CRP.ALB,LY,HGB and TC in PV group were higher than those in the other two groups,BA and serum sodium were higher than those in GPP group, and RBC,HDL,LDL and TC were higher than those in EP group.WBC,NE and CRP in GPP group were higher than those in PV group, and MPV was higher than that in EP group.UA in EP group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, and WBC,NE,MO,PLT,CRP and Ig E were higher than those in PV group.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that ALB was significantly correlated with the above three types of psoriasis, especially in EP group,HDL was significantly correlated with GPP and EP,and most significantly correlated with EP,and UA was most significantly correlated with EP.There was a weak positive correlation between serum Ig E and CRP.Conclusion:There are significant differences in peripheral blood test indexes between psoriatic patients and healthy people and different types of psoriasis;ALB,TC are significantly correlated with psoriasis;HDL is significantly correlated with GPP and EP;uric acid is significantly correlated with EP.There was a weak positive correlation between serum Ig E and CRP.
