| Objective : The main purpose of this topic is to observe the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion with acupuncture at the Sanli point of the hand for the treatment of facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)and conventional acupuncture for the treatment of facial paralysis(the syndrome of wind-cold),and to compare the differences in the efficacy of the two methods, and confirm the combination of thunder-fire moxibustion at the Sanli point The clinical efficacy and advantages of acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)are then promoted in clinical practice. Methods:Selected patients with facial paralysis in the outpatient and treatment area of the Acupuncture Department of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020,and divided 72 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria into a control group(traditional simple routine acupuncture group))36 cases,36 cases in the treatment group(thunder fire moxibustion and hand Sanli acupuncture group). The treatment is performed once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,1 day rest between treatments, and a total of2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the House-Brackmann(HB)Facial Nerve Function Grading Scale and Facial Disability Index(FDI)scale were used to evaluate the facial nerve function, physical and social life function of each patient, and statistical analysis was performed to compare the two methods. The difference in efficacy. Results:After the treatment, the H-B Facial Nerve Function Grading Scale and FDI scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,12 cases in the control group were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate reached 88.24%;23 cases in the treatment group were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was Up to 94.29%,the effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on Sanli points and traditional simple conventional acupuncture for facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome)can improve the facial nerve function, physical and social life functions of the patient, and improve the quality of life.Compared with the two schemes,thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on the Sanli point has better curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
