| Objective:In this study,the pulse diagnosis instrument was used to objectively collect the pulse condition information of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),in order to explore the characteristics of different gastroscopy and pulse condition and related indicators of CAG,and to provide references for assisting the clinical diagnosis and differentiation of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Select patients who underwent gastroscopy in the endoscopy room of Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(The Second Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2020 to December2020,collect basic patient information,pulse information and gastroscopy information,and will be eligible for inclusion The standard data is divided into healthy group and CAG group(experimental group)according to the results of gastroscopy report.The CAG group is divided into multiple subgroups according to different gastroscopy performances.They are simple CAG group,CAG with erosion group,and CAG with erosion.Ulcer group,CAG with gastric polyps group,CAG with bile reflux group.The above related information was entered into Excel,a database was established,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze,and finally the research conclusions were drawn.Results:1.The basic information,pulse difference and correlation research results of the CAG group and the healthy group showed:(1)In terms of basic information,there is a difference in age between the two groups(P<0.05).Among them,the CAG group of patients over 60 years old is at most 81 cases,accounting for 51.59%.The CAG group was positively correlated with age(r=0.269,P=0.000).(2)In terms of pulse information,the top three pulse names in the CAG group were Xuxian pulse,Stringy pulse,and Chixian pulse.The percentages were 27.39%,17.20%,and 8.92%,respectively.There were differences in pulse strength and pulse potential between the two groups(P<0.05).In the CAG group,the proportion of weakness in pulse strength was higher than that in the healthy group,accounting for 62.42%,which was negatively correlated with pulse strength(r=-0.224,P=0.000);the proportion of low pulse strength was higher than that in the healthy group,accounting for 50.32 %,negatively correlated with pulse potential(r=-0.171,P=0.002).(3)In terms of pulse parameters,h1,h3,h4 and h5 were different between the two groups(P<0.05),and h1,h3,h4 and h5 were all low.The CAG group h1,h3,h4,h5(r<0,P<0.05)all have negative correlation,the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=-0.121,P=0.032),(r=-0.115,P=0.042)),(r=-0.116,P=0.04),(r=-0.134,P=0.018).2.The basic information,pulse condition differences and correlation research results between the CAG group alone and the group with different gastroscopy images show that:2.1 The basic information,pulse difference and correlation research results of the CAG group and the CAG with erosion group show that:(1)In terms of basic information,there was a statistical difference in gender between the two groups(P<0.05).Female patients with CAG with erosion were more common in23 cases,accounting for 71.88%.The CAG with erosion group was positively correlated with gender(r=0.307,P=0.007).(2)In terms of pulse information,the top three pulse names in the CAG with erosion group were Xuxian pulse,Stringy pulse,and Chixian pulse.The percentages were40.63%,12.5%,and 9.38%,respectively.There was no statistical difference in pulse position,pulse strength,pulse potential,pulse rhythm,and pulse rate between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(3)In terms of pulse parameters,there were statistical differences in h1,h4,h5,h3/h1 between the two groups(P<0.05).The CAG with erosion group is positively correlated with h5 and h3/h1(r>0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=0.232,P=0.044),(r=0.397,P=0.000);There is a negative correlation with h1 and h4(r<0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=-0.356,P=0.002),(r=-0.294,P=0.01).2.2 The basic information,pulse difference and correlation research results of the CAG group and the CAG with ulcer group showed that:(1)In terms of basic information,there was no statistical difference in gender and age between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(2)In terms of pulse information,the top 3 pulse names in the CAG with ulcer group were Xuxian pulse,Stringy pulse,and Chixian pulse.The percentages were 44.44%,18.51%,and 11.11%,respectively.There was no statistical difference in pulse position,pulse strength,pulse potential,pulse rhythm,and pulse rate between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(3)In terms of pulse parameters,there were statistical differences in h1,h5,h3/h1 and h4/h1 between the two groups(P<0.05).Among them,the CAG with ulcer group is positively correlated with h5,h3/h1,and h4/h1(r>0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=0.260,P=0.028),(r=0.388),P=0.001),(r=0.242,P=0.042);there is a negative correlation with h1 and h4(r<0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=-0.379,P=0.001)),(r=-0.279,P=0.019).2.3 The basic information,pulse difference and correlation research results between the CAG group and the CAG group with gastric polyps showed that:(1)In terms of basic information,there was no statistical difference in basic information between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(2)In terms of pulse information,the top three pulse names in the CAG with gastric polyps group were Xuxian pulse,Chixian pulse,and Chenxian pulse.The percentages were 36.00%,12.00%,and 8.00%,respectively.There was no statistical difference in pulse position,pulse strength,pulse potential,pulse rhythm,and pulse rate between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(3)In terms of pulse parameters,there were statistically significant differences in h1,h3,h4,h5,t and h3/h1 between the two groups(P<0.05).The CAG group with gastric polyps was positively correlated with h5,h3/h1,and h5/h1.Correlation(r>0,P<0.05),the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=0.243,P=0.044)(r= 0.428,P=0.000)(r=0.254,P=0.035);with h1,There is a negative correlation between h4 and t(r<0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=-0.436,P=0.000)(r=-0.348,P=0.003)(r=-0.263,P=0.029).2.4 The results of the basic information,pulse condition difference and correlation between the CAG alone group and the CAG with bile reflux group showed:(1)In terms of basic information,there was no statistical difference in basic information between the two groups(P﹥0.05).(2)In terms of pulse information,the top three pulse names in the CAG with bile reflux group were Stringy pulse,Xuxian pulse,and Virtual pulse,with percentages of37.93%,17.24%,and 10.34%,respectively.There were statistical differences in pulse force between the two groups(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation with pulse force(r=0.252,P=0.031).(3)In terms of pulse diagram parameters,there were statistical differences in h5,t,h3/h1 between the two groups(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between h5 and h3/h1 in the CAG with bile reflux group(r>0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=0.239,P=0.042)(r=0.258,P=0.028));There is a negative correlation with t(r<0,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient and P value are(r=-0.26,P=0.026).Conclusion:1.The pulse condition of CAG patients is mainly Xuxian pulse,Stringy pulse,and Chixian pulse,but the group of CAG with bile reflux is different,and Stringy pulse is more common.2.The pulse strength of CAG patients is mainly weak,and the pulse strength is mainly low,flat and weak,which has no correlation with pulse position,pulse rhythm,and pulse rate.3.The pulse diagram parameters of CAG patients generally reflect the weakened left ventricular contractility,the elasticity of the vessel and the decrease in peripheral resistance,which to a certain extent explain the deficiency of Qi and blood in CAG patients,and the lack of pulse strength.The disease is based on deficiency,and deficiency and excess can be mixed. |
