| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of visual acuity,visual field(MS value and MD value),visual evoked potential(VEP)and total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,and to verify the clinical significance of guiding the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of green blindness based on "appropriate supplement theory after enlightenment",and to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of green blindness by observing the changes of visual acuity,visual field(MD),visual evoked potential(VEP)and total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type green blindness in Chinese medicine,patients in the ophthalmic treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were screened and collected.A total of 72 subjects were included in the study,divided into 2 groups by random grouping method,with 36 cases in each group.Single eye was selected in all cases,and the treatment data of the right eye were collected if both eyes were affected simultaneously.Treatment group: Induction period: 1-3 weeks after initial diagnosis,oral Tongqiaoxue Huoxue Decoction was added with acupuncture and reducing method.Supplement period: within 4-6 weeks after initial diagnosis,take orally Buyanghuanwu decoction for added flavoring and acupuncture for treatment.Control group:patients were treated with oral Tongqiaoxue Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture for reducing.After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,the changes in scores of the two groups were observed during the treatment process.After the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the changes in visual acuity,visual field,latent time of P100 wave peak of VEP,amplitude of N75-P100 and total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed.The included data were recorded into the database,and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistics,induction and analysis.Results: 1.There was no statistical significance in the total scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.The changes of visual acuity,visual field(MS value and MD value)and TCM syndrome total score in 2 groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The statistical results of visual evoked potential before and after treatment in 2 groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Visual acuity: The visual acuity of the two groups after treatment was statistically tested,P =0.041(P <0.05).The visual acuity comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,and the average visual acuity improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.3.Visual field: The comparison of mean photosensitivity(MS)and mean defect(MD)between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of visual field in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.4.Visual evoked potential: the comparison of P100 peak latent time and N75-P100 amplitude between the two groups after treatment showed that P>0.05 was not statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in the improvement of visual evoked potential between the treatment group and the control group.5.Total scores of TCM syndromes: the change of total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms and signs.Conclusion: 1.To a certain extent,the application of "should be remedied after guidance" or simple guidance method in the treatment of green blindness patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis can improve their vision,visual field and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,but there is no obvious effect in improving visual evoked potential.2.The treatment of green blindness with qi stagnation and blood stasis type under the guidance of "the theory of proper repair after enlightening" is obviously superior to the simple enlightening treatment in terms of improving visual acuity,improving the average optical sensitivity of visual field,reducing the average defect of visual field,and improving the TCM. |
