Clinical Observation On Modified Zongpu Powder In Treating Prolonged Menstrual Period(Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the improvement degree of menstrual duration,TCM syndrome integral and clinical symptoms of patients with prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome treated by TCM decoction Zongpu San,this study explored the clinical comprehensive treatment effect of Zongpu San treated with modified treatment of prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome,in order to provide reference for the TCM treatment of this disease.Methods: Accordance with the corresponding diagnosis and inclusion criteria,proposed in 72 in Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic on menstrual extension of the patients with the clinical observation,clinical time in December2019 to December 2020,the group of patients,informed consent has been obtained using completely randomized method will be divided into 2 groups,the treatment group the number of participant observation 36 patients,oral brown Zongpu powder treatment,control the number of participant observation,36 cases of Fuxue ’an tablet treatment.After the treatment,statistical analysis was conducted on the menstrual duration and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients to evaluate the clinical effect of adding or subtraction of Zongpu Powder on prolongation of menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome.Results: The total effective rate of Zongpu powder treatment group was 88.57%,which was 80.00% higher than that of Fuxue ’an tablet control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the Zongpu powder plus/minus group and Fuxue ’an tablet group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).After treatment,the menstruation time of the Zongpu powder plus/minus group and Fuxue ’an tablet group was shortened compared with that before treatment,the difference was significant(P <0.01),and the menstruation time of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zongpu powder group and Fuxue an tablet group can effectively shorten the menstrual period and reduce the TCM syndrome score,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods have a definite effect on patients with prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome.In terms of shortening the menstrual period of patients,the effect of Zongpu powder is better than that of Fuxue ’an tablet group.The addition and subtraction of Zongpu Powder has definite efficacy in improving menstrual blood clot,menstrual color,lower abdominal pain and other symptoms of patients,and the total clinical effective rate is significantly better than that of Fuxue ’an Tablet group.Follow-up 1months after drug withdrawal showed that the recurrence rate of patients with prolonged menstrual period of blood stasis syndrome treated with modified Zongpu Powder was low.No adverse reactions were recorded in the Zongpu powder plus or minus group during the whole course of treatment,indicating high medication safety.In general,the addition and subtraction of Zongpu Powder has obvious clinical therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further study and application.
