Professor Wang Tan’s Clinical Experience In Treating Asthma (Onset)

Objective:Collect and sort out the cases of asthma patients in Professor Wang Tan’s outpatient clinic,analyze and summarize all the cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Tan,analyze and summarize the syndromes of his cases based on Professor Wang Tan’s long-term clinical observation and clinical experience.It also summarizes Professor Wang Tan’s experience and academic thoughts on clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma,and provides references,lessons and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma in traditional Chinese medicine,and at the same time gives Chinese medicine a new understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Methods:Collect all the cases of asthma(onset)patients in outpatient clinics diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Tan from January 2015 to January 2018.Through statistical classification and analysis of the characteristics of the use of different principles and prescriptions in different cases,the post-processing will be sorted out.The case and recorded data are completely entered into the Excel table,and a case database of Professor Wang Tan’s outpatient diagnosis and treatment of asthma(onset period)patients is established,and the completed database is analyzed and summarized,and summarized and summarized by Professor Wang Tan’s diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Summary of the experience and academic thoughts of the disease(onset period).Results: Through statistical analysis of the 692 cases of asthma(attack period)entered into the database,it was found that the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang,deficiency of cold in lung,cold syndrome of spleen and kidney,syndrome of stagnation of heat in gallbladder and stomach,spleen meridian syndrome and other syndromes were foundTypes are the five most common syndrome types used by Professor Wang Tan in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma(onset period).Professor Wang Tan used a total of 138 Chinese medicines in the diagnosis and treatment of these 692 cases.The total frequency of application of all medicines was 10708 times.There were an average of 15.45 medicines in each prescription,of which 42 medicines were used frequently.More than 50 times,the total frequency of use is 9776 times,accounting for 91.29% of the total frequency of use.Among the 42 medicines,the most frequently used drugs are the anti-epidermic drugs.The total frequency of use is 2206 times,accounting for 22.56% of the total frequency of drug use.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Tan believes that the onset of asthma is inseparable from Defenssion and the grain of skin and the texture of the subcutaneous flesh.2.Professor Wang Tan believes that the key to the onset of asthma lies in "fire",that is,fire is the main cause of asthma,and there are differences between virtual fire,actual fire,and stagnant fire.The treatment also distinguishes the differences between reducing,warming and replenishing,and depressing.3.Professor Wang Tan put forward the view that "the five internal organs are all coughing" from the theory that "the five internal organs are all coughing".4.In the clinical treatment,Professor Wang Tan does not only use the medicine of bitter cold to clear away heat and relieves fire,but should be different from person to person,treat according to syndrome differentiation,and use it flexibly.
