| Ohiective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture Yanglingquan combined with cough injection in the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder.Through objective observation and scientific analysis, the accurate conclusion is drawn to provide a new research idea for the early treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and further promote the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of this disease. Methods: In this clinical study,a total of 72 inpatients from the orthopedic outpatient department and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were divided into the experimental group and the control group,36 cases in each group, and the efficacy was compared. The treatment group was treated with Yanglingquan acupoint combined with cough injection acupuncture. In the control group, acupoint selection was routine and the technique of level-reinforcing and level-reducing was used. The patients were treated once a day,7times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Shoulder pain(VAS)score and shoulder range of motion(MELLE)score were observed before and after treatment in2 groups.Statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared in terms of age, gender, disease course, etc.,and there was no statistical significance(all P>0.05).The general data of patients in the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of pain(VAS)score and activity(MELLE)score between 2 group s before, after 1 course of treatment and after treatment.1)There was no significant difference in VAS scores between 2 groups before tre atment(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant;VAS scores of 2 groups were significantly decreased after 1 course of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 2 groups after 1 course of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,VAS pain score in 2 groups was still significantly decreased compared with before and after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)There was no significant difference in MELLE scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant and comparable;Aft er 1 course of treatment,MELLE scores in both groups were significantly decreased c ompared with before treatment(P<005),but there was no significant difference betwe en the two groups after 1 course of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,Melle score in 2 groups was significantly decreased compared with that before and aft er 1 course of treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Melle score in 2 groups was still sig nificantly improved after 2 courses of treatment, and Mellle score in the experimental group was more significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment: after the course of treatment,3 cases in the experimental group were cured,22 cases showed si gnificant effect,9cases showed effective effect, and 2cases showed ineffective effect, with a cure rate of 69.4% and an overall effective rate of 94.4%;after the course of tre atment,1 case in the control group was cured,10 cases showed significant effect,22 ca ses showed effective effect, and 15 case showed no effect, with a cure rate of 30.6% an d an overall effective rate of 86.1%.Conclusion: The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with cough injection in treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment, which is worth promoting and studying clinically. |
